Can a yeast infection cure itself without treatment?

I was wondering if a women can start to develop a yeast infection …however can your body fight it off before you start developing symptoms?
It helps if you stop all sugar, because yeast thrives on it. Take probiotics and garlic pills. They are natural yeast fighters.

I honestly think it can. It’s fungus, though. Not a virus.
The fungus can go away.

no it cant!! infact my doctor told me that if you leave it too long it can affect your uterus and make it hard for you to have children.

ok so it only depends. it depends how bad it is. i would sya go to a doctor cause it can affect your urterus and lungs.
