Causes and cures of vaginal yeast infection?

22nd January, 2010 - Posted by admin - 2 Comments

I got a yeast infection about 3/4 days ago.. The burning now is not as intense as it was then, but it still bugs me a great deal.
This is the first time this has happened to me, so I dont really understand what causes a yeast infection.I heard that tampon pads may cause it, if they do, could I use tampons again. Also, I know that you can buy over the counter medicine like Vagisil and Monistat, but could this infection heal by itself? Does yogurt help?

Get Monistat, it helps insert it before you go to sleep, so it can stay up there a while. It does help. Eat yogurt, it definitely cannot hurt you. If you are not better with those two things(in a few days) call your family physician or gynecologist.

Yogurt works well, put some on & eat some as well. Watered down vinger can help the stinging & itching. But you may need to buy the cream if it doesn’t improve with that.
A lot of things cause it nylon undies do it to me every time.
